oh my gosh......
this is an all organic place.
He makes his own sausages and every week they are different
usually 3 different kinds each time I go there.
He also has Kobe beef
which I really just tasted for the first time at the chili fest cookoff.
It is incrediable. What flavor.
he also has duck, and lots of marinades and home made stock
He is as nice as can be
and loves to talk food.....
