As someone whose family has been in real estate for 35+ years, and I have both managed properties and worked for real estate investment firms that need to hire and manage numerous property management agencies, I can honestly say that Somebody Who Cares is by far and away the best property management company I have ever encountered hands down, and the second best isn't even close.
