The Long John Silvers location in Huntington offers good food, an extensive menu (now offering A & W menu as well), and friendly service. This is the only place in town that I can remember that greets you at the drive thru with a warm welcome, tells you the order taker's name, and asks in advance if you have any types of coupons or discounts to apply to your order. The wait times are oftentimes beyond reasonable amounts of time, but I believe this is attributed to the food being prepared when ordered, not kept under heat lamps for hours after being prepared. All in all, this is a good place to eat occasionally, as long as you are not in a hurry.
