I visited Dr. HIdalgo several times for routine GYN care. In addition, I visited her when I was having a minor problem. She was somewhat helpful but always seemed rushed.
The care I got from Dr. Hidalgo was okay and if you are looking for a GYN for routine care, she is one of the better ones in the Elkton area. If, however, you can go into DE, you will find a large selection of good doctors there.
She did work with me when I had financial problems. She was willing to refer me to a specialist when she couldn't help me with my problem.
