Could not be more of a scam. I found one of their listings on Padmapper - one of those "too good to be true" no fee deals, and obviously it was. After inquiring about it, I get an automated response from Jenevey saying that the listing was filled but she has "some others that may be of interest to me", all of which would obviously have a fee. I corresponded with this Jenevey chick about how frustrated I was with the whole apartment search and how I felt like I was on a wild goose chase with all of these scam listings, the whole 9 yards. A week later, I get the SAME auto-reply from "Jenevey" about the SAME listing on Padmapper (and yes, the "filled" listing is still active on the site")... needless to say, I flipped out. Be VERY cautious with dealing with these people. Almost all of the photos they use on their listings are of the same (stock) apartment, and they are very shady. Total, total scam.
