Rich was fabulous with our plumbing problem(s) in our older home. Friendly and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem in little time, and had it fixed in a jiffy too. He had to go for other parts, but was back in no time and for a change, we didn't have to waste a whole day sitting around waiting.
