In mid-July I posted a message regarding a problem I had at one of Kappy’s liquor stores. Prior to this, I always encountered courteous employees, which is why my shock and upset. So, through the internet I attempted to locate the owner and was successful. Within minutes of my telephone message, I received a response from Senior Management, and within days the situation was corrected. ‘Kudos’ to Kappys for recognizing and correcting what was a serious violation and which could have perpetuated throughout their organization should my complaint have been overlooked.
My friends and I intend on continuing to take advantage of Kappy's variety of products + their good prices. Many thanks.
