I have done WW about 7 times before in my life and have lost weight, but I have never gotten to lifetime. I'm not sure if it will work this time -- it's weird, because I feel like I know the program so why bother, but on the other hand, I am at my wit's end and I know it's worked in the past. I'm just so tired lately, getting older, and in the worst shape of my life.
WW is better than other weight loss plans (so they tell you) because they teach you how to deal with the "real world" and the food in it. I have done the best when I have gone to more than one meeting a week -- if you pay once that week, you can go to as many meetings in that week as you want. I need to get energized about it, so I'm going to go at least twice a week, and maybe just "hang out" there!
