I will just say that this salon is the most money hungry salon in Houston. They don't care what you want. They are rude unless you look like a million bucks. I have had my hair done twice there for 2 different services and one time a friend came with me. Her and I both hated our hair when they out highlights in it. They burned mine off with bleach. I went back because they say there the first in Houston to have the Japanese Thermal Reconditioning process. Well lets just say they ruined my hair. You would think if they were the first they would have been doing it for a long time but they act as if it is their first time. It is sad because there are some very very sweet ladies that wash your hair here. Too bad the salon deserves to be on the Worst Ever List.
