The management has become rude, picky and unfriendly. They say NO to everything. They only allow you to sublease once in your entire duration of lease, even if the apt is lying empty. They do not allow you to change blinds to curtains even if you ask them permission. They are really bad about maintaining the cleanliness of the place. Before 2010 the management was fantastic, but now the place just sucks. And oh i forgot to mention, their water pipes keep breaking in the winter and wetting the carpets in the hallways.
