My garage door lock and automatic closer one day just started acting funny until one day the door wouldn't even open at all. I wasted hours trying to fix it myself. Finally I gave up and called this company and they sent an amazing technician who was able to solve the problem quickly and he also took the time to explain what was wrong. Great company and very nice people.
