I've been to Happy Nails a few times, ususally for a pedicure. The business is clean, and somewhat more professional than your typical nail studio. As with most nail places, they charge for every little item, even things you think are included, and no, they aren't offering the extras to be nice- the first time I thought that and wound up with a pretty high bill. If you go in knowing that, and stick to your guns....it is a nice place. Massage chairs are nice. They do accept walk-ins with a minimal wait, and validate parking.
