Elon salon has professional stylists and assistants and while I was failry pleased with my cut and VERY pleased with my highlights, the whole experience was like a factory. Very business like, rushed and impersonal. What happened to the good ol' days of chatting with your stylist? Making a new client feel welcome? I spent over $200 on a cut and color as well as some products...I really felt I deserved (as well as ANYONE who goes there) more personal attention. I realize they're busy, but they are in a primarily customer service driven business....the customer deserves to be treated well!
