Our 14 year old poodle threw-up on our carpeting and because of the medication she was on we were told by the carpet cleaner the stain was permanent. Fast forward one year later we saw one of Tru-Clean's carpet cleaning vans at our neighbors house and asked the technician to stop by our house when he was finished to give us a quote to clean our carpets.
The technician came to our home and we pointed out the stain and the technician assured us he could get it out. Being skeptical because we were told by the previous cleaner the stain was permanent, the technician went to his truck and brought in a tool box with all kinds of cleaning chemicals and went to work. About 15 minutes later the stain was gone. We were so impressed we scheduled to have all of our carpeting cleaned by Tru-Clean the following week and ended up having our couch and loveseat cleaned too.
Tru-Clean Carpet and Tile Care did a great job and we've recommended their services to our friends. We'll see them next year for our annual cleaning for sure!
