We took in one thing to be fixed, were given time and cost estimates that were both way off base, and, to add insult to injury, they broke something else (something that's very expensive to fix) and refused to remedy the situation. We were visiting family at the time, and had to take whatever we got--if we lived in-state, we would've filed complaints with the BBB against these guys.
