I had some portrait photos taken of my two young daughters and I was majorly disappointed w/ the customer service and portrait options. The photographer was on the phone for 15 minutes while I stood there waiting for my appointment. I wish they clearly posted their portrait packages that were available so I could make an educated decision in my photo prints. Their coupon proved to be pretty useless as my order ended up being over $100. The photos turned out ok, but the experience was not easy and the cost was way more than expected.
