We have an ancient garage with a super heavy garage door and a mess of wiring/joists. Robbie worked with our ridiculously heavy (but burglar proof) door, was very willing to work with the opener that we bought and couldn't install ourselves, updated us with automatic stops for child safety, and came up with a very clever solution for working with the funky joist set-up. If that was all he did, I would have been very happy. But then he gave a detailed lesson on operating the door, what to do in case of power outage, etc. etc. Incredible customer focused. This guy is fantastic.
