Having got into town just the other day I was looking for dinner with my mom where we could get something fairly fresh and healthy. We ended up at Bamboo Stix where I found they make Chinese and Japanese food. We had Chinese that first night with my mom ordering cashew chicken and I got shrimp with snow peas and bamboo shoots. It was a well priced meal (under $20 for 2), and even better with her coupon, that was satisfying and actually gave a large enough portion size that I could eat leftovers the following day as a whole meal.
The following night I brought my niece here so we could get sushi. I introduced her to this food when she visited me in Seattle and she hadn't had it since but she'd loved it so much we had to make a night to get some here. The quality was good, the fish fresh and tasty and we also enjoyed a seaweed salad along with it. Our sushi offerings we took were salmon skin roll, spider roll (soft shell crab), and a sashimi mix (salmon, tuna, and white tuna). All in all it was very good. I'll definitely be back.
