Response to Rick D. … I’m so very sorry that you were disappointed in our business. I believe that the error was mine due to my communication failure. As you stated I asked for the year, make, model of the vehicle BUT I failed to ask for the engine and liter size. When we found out this information, we declined to work on the car because it would not be cost and time effective. For instance, we CAN put in a transmission but DO NOT chose to do so. It would be more cost effective and practical to go to a transmission repair shop to do that work. Once again, I apologize for inadequately explaining this to you.
