We decided to try Blue Science pool service after purchasing a home and moving to Plano TX in January. When calling around we found their responses to our questions about pool service plans be the most up front. It took almost a week before our first service visit. Dave answered all our questions and showed us how to run our pool equipment. The pool has been clean every week since. The customer service and responsiveness is very fast. Usually we get through. If not we are called back right away if we leave a message. We feel our pool service rates are a good value. Having our pool cleaned and chemicals maintained saves us lots of time. We are really glad we hired this company.
