The real pleasure of Pizza Rustica's slices can only be appreciated after having a fresh thin slice from their whole pies. The tourist crowd in South Beach seem to order the pre-made sicilian slices from under the heat lamps. Not to say that these aren't tasty and a good value but the smart patron would order a fresh baked pizza with the ingredients of their choice. They have a really nice selection of fresh ingredients to create your own including fresh proscuitto & kalamata olives.
