As with Blockbuster, I have received a few DVD's that didn't play due to scratches. The customer service is better however. Prices are decent, selection is decent. YOu can occasionally find coupons which is nice. I find that I purchase rentals through Time Warner now more than anything. New releases are guaranteed in stock.
