My husband and I live in South Dakota and have purchased from Room & Board on two different occasions and both times we've been extremely happy. We usually place our order on www.roomandboard.com and always receive a phone call from their customer service within minutes to confirm our order and ship date. Delivery is always prompt and professional (and affordable at $199 considering it's coming from four hours away!). The furniture is high quality, usually stain resistant (it has to hold up to five dogs) and more stylish than anything we'd be able to find locally.
Our most recent purchase was delivered just yesterday and I received an email within a few hours from Room & Board Minneapolis wanting to make sure everything went well and we were enjoying our new couch.
I will not hesitate to recommend Room & Board to everyone I can!
