Going to the gym has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. In Edmonds, I have checked out, worked at, and been a member of most and I have found that for me, Vision Quest just fits. It is located on main street. It is convenient, the hours are great, they have lots of equipment, it is clean and you can't beat the price. I am not sure how good the personal training or the group exercise classes are is as I have never taken advantage of those services, but for one who likes to get a workout done, Vision Quest is a great place.
