I went into Horse World because I was looking for some new western style jeans and boots. I was impressed by the assortment of items that they offered and was even interested in buying a few things. Then I realized that the employees were going behind me and making sure that I had not disturbed any of the displays as well as watching every move I was making. Not once while I was being followed did anyone offer to help me. I ended up walking out of the store without buying anything and have not been back since then.
