Bad: You go to urgent care and since I had diarrhea a couple of days ago they say I need an IV which requires emergency room visit where you wait forever and get charged an arm and leg. Improvements: STOP tricking you into er care. Other: Waconia does not trick you nor charge you double, better nurses and doctors.
