We had just finished walking in the mall, 3 miles and needed a comfortable place to cool down and enjoy lunch. The seating in the lounge area is much cooler and has a view to the outside so our booth was perfect for us. We both chose the Kilkenny Chicken Salad which features mixed salad greens, diced tomato and hard cooked eggs, crumbled bacon and crispy breaded chicken breast with a honey Dijon dressing. This is served with a warm fresh baked roll and honey butter. The server and staff were friendly and very accommodating . Our water glasses were promptly refilled and we were not constantly bugged to see if everything was ok. When we had finished our salads, which were quite large, our server Brandy brought the free birthday treat, the brownie bottom pit topped with hot fudge sauce, ,ice cream, whipped topping and a cherry. This was served with a spoon for each of us and that was a good thing because it was too much for one person.
My lunch experience at Bennigan’s would certainly draw me back there again. The prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. Located at the North entrance near the carousel, it is very handy for shoppers and those just looking for a nice place to eat.
