You have to try JKD/Kail total defense classes if you're looking for an alternative to regular gym workouts. I found these classes at Progressive Martial Arts in NY and I couldn't be happier with the results I'm getting. You get a full body workout thanks to the combination of combative skills and conditioning exercises and I never thought I could get results like this. I'm stronger, fitter more agile and better able to cope with stress. But of all, I no longer need to spend all my time in the gym ? three classes a week are giving me fantastic results.
