This place is considered high end because it's located in the Copper Leaf and is decorated nicely. It is filthy, the robes were once white but now smell funky and have a yellowish tint. My husband is 6'3" and the robes they provided barely covered his cheeks. The sanctuary is too small and on a Saturday you're packed in there like sardines bumping knees in your tiny robes. Once in the room, the floor was covered with salt from a previous body scrub and it was all over my feet. The outside of the wax warmer was disgusting and the wax was too hot, burned my legs! The quilt on the bed had a huge oil stain on it & looked like it hadn't been washed in months. The massage was wonderful, but the therapist used a warm towel under my neck and it smelled like rancid oil. I will only go back to this place if I want to get a staph infection or athlete's foot from walking on the disgusting carpeting!
