The primary concept for JMH Realty is to buy poorly maintained properties, charge too much for them, and treat their customers like enemies.
Right from the beginning they will give you a bad feeling when you realize you cant talk with them about anything. They don't care if they interrupt your day or cause you any problems. As long as they have their money they don't care what they do to you.
Probably the worst realty company I've ever dealt with. I would advise you to seek other vendors.
