I open an account with $10.00 to try ( I was thinking in put more money but ...I think $10.00 was good to start) and I was right, I try to call 4 times to Cuba and I endless $4.00 in my account and not call made, really frustrating how people get your money so easy when you need to sweat blood to get it. stay away
