I wish I'd discovered The Photography Center sooner. Not only do they handle photo restoration, but can also send out film & VHS for conversion to DVDs. Customer Service and attention to detail are important here. The Photography Center also has a lot of scrapbooking supplies - so you can create paper or digital scrapbooks!
