They responded within a very short time, once there found and fixed the drainage problem in short order, took the time to clearly explain the problem, kept the house and grounds neat, were very polite, and before leaving demonstrated how to use a drain maintenance product to prevent further problems. The price was fair and much less than had been feared. This is the 2nd time we've used Roto-Rooter Plumber, San Antonio, TX, and we recommend their service highly.
