The food at Randall's is great, and if you're looking for that Northern style stuper dense cheesecake this is the place to go. That's why it saddens me to experience such poor customer service. I've had several interactions here where the staff seems to not care about the customer. Generally lazy and apathetic, and unwilling to accomodate your needs. I don't go because of the service.
