I think Payless in Baldwin is getting a lot better. The selection of leather is growing, they now carry champion sneakers and the styles are a more up to date. Even the sales people are more helpful. Payless is good for what it is, a cheap shoe store. There are some people who don't have the money to buy the $100 plus for their shoes or sneakers and I happen to be one of them.
