While I was away for the weekend we went to Uno Chicago Grill. While we were looking over the menu we heard someone complaining that his pizza was undercooked. That should have been our cue to leave but it was not. Instead we just stayed away from the pizza and ordered THE SUPER CHI-TOWN TASTING PLATETM which includes: bbq baby back ribs, juicy Buffalo wings, fried shrimp, cheese sticks, chicken tenders and French fries. Served with three savory sauces and MUCHOS NACHOS- yellow and blue corn tortilla chips topped with fresh tomato salsa, chili, cheddar and mozzarella, with cool sour cream and spicy jalapeños. The only thing that was even semi editable were the fries. The ribs were over cooked, shrimp and cheese sticks were not cooked enough and we were not sure the chicken was even really chicken. As for the nachos well I am still wondering as to when chili became beans right out of a can no spices at all. The wait staff did try and help by asking if we were happy or if everything was alright but when we said no she did nothing to even try and fix it. It was the first time in a very long time I did not leave any tip at all.
