I became aquinted with Grandmaster Richards of Seattle Tae Kwon Do about 20 years ago. He is a world class Grandmaster that trained both in the U.S. but also in Korea. He is a Ph.D and is currently an 8th Degree Black Belt, which few Americans have ever achieved. I strongly recommend his school, it is top rate.
