Good food and always good service. We go there a min of 4 times a month. They have a Tuna sandwich that the four of us often order. Last night we told the waitress that it is no longer on the menu but recently we have ordered it and it is still on their computer. We ordered it and were charged for a Tuna melt-I complained to the mgr and he gave us a so called discount to put the price where it should be without the cheese. We do not eat cheese(for a number of reasons)and we asked why the recently changed menu added tuna melt and left off the regular tuna sandwich. He did not seem to know but we at least got a refund to the price of a regular tuna sandwich.
My complaint is why does the Ale House not have a contact directly to management. We also go to Duffy's(another sports bar)and if you have a complaint you have a direct contact and THEY ANSWER YOUR COMPLAINTS QUICKLY. Funny why a good place like Ale House doesn't want customer contact.
