Horrible service. the only thing these people care about is money. They sold me bad floors and wont stand behind them or help in any way. After discussing my problem, they offered no solution or advice. They basically told me to get lost! I even went to SC Consumer affairs and Carpet baggers laughed. The floors I bought were shiny. They have to be mopped right after you walk over them. This is ridiculous! I have already turned 3 people away from there.
