We have gone to this Happy Joe's on more than one occasion (and usually for the same reason, a birthday). They are less expensive than the Chuck E. Cheese in the adjoining parking lot, and for our 4 and 5 year old girls they have just as much fun playing games and winning tokens to redeem for prizes (even without the lip syncing 'automatronic' characters).
They still have the noisy horn and publicly announce your birthday and are a very family oriented and safe place to enjoy pizza as a family and/or with friends.
Happy Joe's is where I remember having my first Canadian Bacon and Sour Kraut pizza. And it is still my preference whenever I go to Happy Joe's.
