Good: They took my insurance.. Bad: Poor customer service. Poor attitude on the staff part. I'm diabetic, and needed a report on my eyes for my medical doctor. After calling three times, with no results I called to talk to the owner. That's when I final receive my reports. My glasses were to have transitions built into the lens where the glasses darken in sun light, a big $110 add on. They did not have the transitions in the glasses. It took another 10 days to get the new glasses back. What other things are wrong with the glasses.. Improvements: FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF, WOULD BE A GOOD START!. Other: I will shop some where else in the future. They are in the wrong category! They are not a chiropractor. more
