I bought an RV from this company and although it was on the lot, it needed an awning installed. They promised delivery no later than 2 weeks. Two weeks later I learned that they had done nothing - not even measured for the awning. Now they are saying it will be a month before they can deliver it. Don't trust this service department - and once sales has your down payment, they don't care about you any more.
