This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an appliance repair company. I missed three days of work sitting at home while they tried to repair my oven, and I was eventually told they were unable to fix it. Their repair guy Alex was just awful. At first he misdiagnosed the problem with the oven and ordered the wrong part. It took him a month to get this incorrect part, and then of course he realized my oven still didn't work after he installed it. He told me he'd be out with the correct part in the next few days, but he wasn't. Then it just got silly. Alex called me from his own cell phone pretending to be someone else and said that Alex would repair my oven at 5pm that day. When 5pm came I called Alex's cell and he said that he was talking to "Alex" on the other line and he would call me back. Of course he never called. Eventually I called Alex again and he told me that "Alex" had just emailed him and said that he wouldn't be able to fix my oven. It was pretty frustrating to hear this after more than a month without an oven. It was also offensive that he pretended to be someone else on the phone. Who does that? more
