I agree that the gingerbread pancakes very good but my opinion is that you can have great food and still not make people feel like they are annoying you. We were visiting the area and I do my research so I knew this was the place to go for breakfast. When we walked in we were completely ignored by the staff. Finally it was a customer who spoke to us first, that really is not acceptable.
By the way it was a weekday not a weekend and it was not overly busy. Once we were seated service was alright, not great, not warm but acceptable. We did get coffee refills when we asked for them.
So while I think the food is very good, service could be improved.
