I took my dog here to get groomed. She came home with a cut next to her eye and a cut on her nose. She had razor burns inside her hind legs. She also had little scabs around her ears, on top of her head, on her back, chest and above her tail. Scabs mean that my dog's skin was cut, she bled and then the blood dried to form the scab. When I brought her back to this groomer, I was told that the razor she used could not have caused these little scabs. All I know is that my dog didn't have them when I took her there but she had them when she came home. The owner never apologized to me, never took any kind of responsibility and eventually threw me out of her shop.
