They called us within 5 minutes of placing the request. They were at our home first thing the next morning, 8am. The repair man diagnosed the problem with the CA unit very quickly, and had the unit up and running within an hour. Their fees were competitive and fair. Very knowledgeable, and professional, answered all questions. Would recommend them to friends and family, and we will use them again in the future if we need too.
