For a friend's wedding, I needed to get fitted for a tux. I walked into this establishment back in May which I guess is prime senior prom season, so it was relatively busy. I walked up to the register where no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Finally a short lady noticed me and directed me to another area where i waited for another 10 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer so I left. I came back the next day, and that same short girl noticed me and we had a conversation
Short Girl: weren't you here yesterday?
Mike: yes, but i was busy and could't wait so i left
Short Girl: YOU were busy? WE were busy..
Mike's internal thoughts: I am going to write a review about how much you disgust me
Anyways, She says that she will help me, she threw a jacket on me, 36R and said I was 37. That was to take into account the vest, and dress shirt. She charged me the deposit and asked if I wanted to pay the full $160 for the rental, I said no and bolted out.
A week later, I ended up going to a different MensUSA with the groom and we asked them to redo everything. Apparently she messed up all the sizes. She gave me pants meant for someone 6 inches taller than me. And also picked a vest that was for someone 6 times fatter than me. The 2 guys that were helping me asked me where I had this poorly tailored job originally done and I told them by some short girl at Almaden. They looked at each other, smirked and simultaneously said '"Cynthia!!"
So Cynthia, for $160 i expect professionalism, attention to detail and respect. If I wanted someone with a bad attitude giving me clothes that doesn't fit for a special occasion, I would have hung out with my crazy aunt that buys me the XXL onesies with the butt flap on christmas.. and that she does for free!!!!
