Good: Nothing. Bad: The unpleasant manner in which I was spoken to.. Improvements: Employees might be reminded to respond to others in the manner they would appreciate if the shoe was on the other foot.. Other: To be clear I am not referring to the township bldg. on Garrett Rd.(where the receptionist was extremely pleasant). This was a phone call to the school district bldg on Burmont Rd & I am referring to both the receptionist & the person in the tax office. I work in customer service so I am very careful about how I speak to others. Both of these individuals could use some sprucing up on their customer service skills. After all, we are paying their salaries are we not?.
