TK by far has truly set the standard for not only a sales person... but a person whom actually cares and DOES listen to his customer. He does not attempt to ever mislead simple by using total honesty and compassion. My experience is one I will truly remember and have already told everyone I come into contact with that Bob Howard is the absolute best dealership and not even bother to go anywhere else! TK...
