It has been my experience that seldom today can one expect ALL of courteous, efficient, thorough service from a TEAM (your customer/clients interact with several staffers each visit) of providers or service professionals; someone can easily 'drop the ball'. ....not my experience at Baron Mini Cooper! Your front-line and support service staff, to a person, are without exception - exceptional and superior to any similar assistance I receive ANY WHERE. Oh yes, did I say friendly? That too and your Service Department has my complete confidence; I just drove 300 miles to make sure my car was properly serviced in your facility.
